Blueberry Streusel Muffins!

 I was in the mood to make Blueberry Muffins...don't know why, but, it could have been that I had a Blueberry Muffin soy cube in my warmer all day. Anyways,I gave in. I found this recipe on www.allrecipes.com .

Gary is laughing at me for putting this on here, so let me just clarify. I am not a great, awesome cook, but I can follow a recipe. And if the recipe is a good one then you don't need to worry!

My Opinion
Very moist, the muffin is almost cake like. The Streusel topping gives it a sweet taste complimenting the tartness of the berries. I did make a double batch of the topping because I have a really bad sweet tooth ;)
VERY EASY to make!
